First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) is one of the largest MLSs in North America and the largest in the state of Georgia. It serves over 57,000 real estate professionals and REALTORS® across the Southeast. FMLS was founded in 1957 by a group of brokers who wanted to share real estate listings and connect buyers and sellers.

Led by Jeremy Crawford, President and CEO, the organization is widely considered one of the most innovative and progressive MLSs in the United States. It was one of the first in the country to integrate AI and machine learning through its technology partners for brokers and agents.

As the region’s top real estate technology provider, FMLS offers its members an unmatched suite of technology platforms. With three Service Centers in the greater Atlanta area, FMLS supplies real estate professionals with supplies and has offered online browsing, ordering, and three more contactless pickup kiosks for FMLS member’s 7×24 hour convenience.

It offers 36 GREC CE-accredited course hours which are delivered online, and when allowed, in person. Its customer support team provides person-to-person assistance six days a week, while offering email, chat, and webinar options. It also has an extensive Knowledge Base with online resources available 24/7.
