Recurring Fees

Brokers only pay fees to FMLS if you or your Agents close a listing.   There are zero ongoing fees for MLS service or to use any of the products we provide.  All of the many products you see on our page come free as member-benefits.  Your agents do not pay monthly dues or MLS subscription fees either.

FMLS fees are based solely the Closing Price of those transactions where you or your Agents are representing buyers or sellers .

Specifically:

• When a property is listed by a Principal Member and is sold by another Principal Member, a fee of .0012 or (.12%) of the sales price shall be paid to FMLS by each Principal Member.
• When a property is listed by a Principal Member and is sold by any agent of that Principal Member, a fee of .0012 or (.12%) of the sales price shall be paid to FMLS by the Principal Member.
• When a property is listed by a Principal Member and is sold by a non-FMLS member firm, a fee of .0012 or (.12%) of the sales price shall be paid to FMLS by the Listing Principal Member.
