Steps to prepare for your eKEY upgrade

  1. Check the operating system of your phone. The eKEY app works with Apple iOS 12 (or later) and with Android OS 8 (or later). How to find your version: iOS | Android.
  2. Download the free Supra eKEY app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  3. A Supra representative will contact you within 60 minutes AFTER your appointment time. For example, if your appointment is at 9 am, you will receive a call between 9 am – 10 am. Once Supra calls you, it will take approximately 15 minutes to upgrade you to your new eKEY.
  4. You will need to provide a credit card number during the call for the monthly payment of $15.81 plus tax, a savings of $2.92 plus tax per month!
  5. You may receive your appointment phone call on the same smart device you will use for your eKEY.
  6. Return your old XpressKEY by mail to FMLS , Attn: Supra, 5457 Roswell Road, Ste 201, Atlanta GA 30342, or drop it off to any of the offices below.
