Listing Input
We make it very easy to add your listing to FMLS and other MLS’ in one data entry session. Our primary (and free) technology to use for this is Remine Add/Edit, but you can also use Bridge Input and other paid services. The application carries no cost to the broker or agent – a $38 application fee is by applicants.
DataMaster Pro
FMLS Appraiser members have access to DataMaster Pro, the gold standard in appraisal software. Appraisers can use the full Matrix database with listing and historical inventory, Realist statewide public records/tax data, and the Remine Pro MLS system, which includes our listings and nationwide tax data.
AirDNA’s Rentalizer tool allows FMLS agents and brokers to accurately predict the revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate of any property as a short-term rental, using historical data from comparable properties in its specific market.
